Every message lands in one shared editorial inbox that three people read: the editor who owns the page you wrote about, the researcher who verifies offers against official sources, and the person who handles privacy and business requests. Corrections route first and fastest. If a message changes something published on the network, the affected page is checked against the official source, updated, and re-stamped with a new last-checked date before any reply goes out. Nothing on this site is silently edited.

No. Roundups, reviews and rankings are editorial. Affiliate partnerships are disclosed on the affiliate disclosure page, and commission plays no part in the ordering of any list. Standard display advertising space is sold, and it is labeled where it appears.

Maybe. We cover what is relevant to readers and verifiable from official sources. Send the official terms page and a plain summary of the offer. If it fits the page, it goes into the next verification pass and is judged on the same criteria as everything already listed.
I found an error - what should I include?
The page URL, the incorrect claim, and a link to the official source that supersedes it. That is all we need to verify and fix, usually within one business day.
Can you help me with my account at a provider you cover?
No. We publish comparisons; the providers run the accounts. For billing, cancellations or claims, use the provider's own support channel - their terms win over anything written on our pages, always.
